We’ll meet weekly over video and each 30-minute session is focused, practical, and personalized to your current reality.

My name is Cleona, and I’m the founder of Recalibrate.

I’ve gone through three ACL reconstruction surgeries and was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at 19. I know what it feels like to have your body change overnight — and how disorienting the aftermath can be.

What I’ve learned is this: disruption forces clarity. It reveals what’s fragile, what’s strong, and what needs to shift. Over time, I didn’t just recover — I recalibrated. I rebuilt my routines, my confidence, and my identity with more intention than before.

I hold a BA in Psychology and am certified through the mindbodygreen Health Coaching Certification, an education program approved by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC). My work blends evidence-based coaching with lived experience.

This practice exists because recovery isn’t just about getting back. It’s about becoming stronger and wiser in the process.
